These Terms govern your use of the Ocean6 website, the Ocean6 Affiliate mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by OCEAN 6 SDN. BHD. (Registration No. 202601005724 (1667822-A)) (“Ocean6”, “we”, “us”).

By creating an account, submitting a form, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Ocean6 Affiliate is a curated creator catalog and operations platform. Features may include creator profiles, product listings, campaigns, sample requests, content submissions, and showcase records. Our website provides information about Ocean6 and lets you submit enquiries about creator, affiliate, and brand participation.

Features may vary by market, account status, eligibility, seller participation, and platform availability.

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

We may refuse, suspend, or close an account where necessary for safety, compliance, fraud prevention, inaccurate information, or breach of these Terms.

Creators must provide accurate profile and application information and comply with campaign requirements, applicable laws, advertising rules, and platform policies. Approval to Ocean6, a campaign, a sample, or a showcase does not guarantee payment, products, commission, sales, samples, platform access, or future opportunities.

Sample requests are requests only. They are subject to review, seller or operator availability, eligibility, delivery constraints, and applicable terms. Approval of a sample request does not create a purchase contract, guarantee shipment, or guarantee any commercial outcome.

TikTok-related features are available only where Ocean6 has enabled them and the relevant permissions, account eligibility, and third-party approvals exist. Ocean6 does not guarantee that TikTok data, earnings, products, samples, showcases, promotion links, or other third-party-platform features will be available, accurate, real-time, or uninterrupted.

You must comply with TikTok’s terms and policies when using TikTok or submitting TikTok-related content.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Ocean6 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, display, and review that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that it does not violate law, third-party rights, or platform rules.

You must not:

  • provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
  • impersonate another person or account;
  • bypass security, rate limits, or access controls;
  • upload malicious code or harmful content;
  • scrape, copy, or misuse the Service or its data;
  • misuse samples, campaigns, creator information, or seller information; or
  • use the Service in breach of law or third-party terms.

Ocean6 and its licensors own the Service, branding, software, and related materials, except for content owned by users or third parties.

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Ocean6 disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. Ocean6 is not responsible for third-party platforms, sellers, creators, delivery providers, external links, or third-party content.

To the extent permitted by law, Ocean6 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version here and change the effective date. Material changes may also be notified in the Service or by email.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Ocean6 may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary under these Terms, law, security requirements, or platform obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, unless mandatory law in your location requires otherwise. Courts of Malaysia will have exclusive jurisdiction where permitted by law.
